Over the past 12 years, Cherry Pips Acting has evolved as a leading screen actor training entity, specialising in training young TV and Film actors. We are dedicated to providing inspiring, supportive and empowering training for young people of all levels. We provide students the opportunity to develop self-belief, confidence and essential life skills, all whilst being creative in a fun, safe and nurturing environment.
Our experienced tutors deliver an informed, bespoke and creative approach for everyone, of all learning styles, to enjoy and flourish. Our past and current students can be seen in featured roles, in Hollywood films (the Hunger Games, Indiana Jones and others), Soaps (Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Coronation Street), streaming series for Netflix, Apple, prime and more. We are ambitious and work to help our students thrive and succeed.

Our online screen acting classes run regularly and are accessible from anywhere! You just need a device with a working camera, microphone and internet connection!
1:1 Private Sessions & Self-Tape Support
These sessions are fun, engaging and tailored to each student based on their specific goals and needs. Sessions are online and can cover scene analysis, camera technique, characterisation and much more!

Meet Our Tutors!
Lucy
Lucy is a screen acting tutor with over ten years of experience across film, television, and theatre. She is passionate about helping young performers develop confidence, creativity, and strong acting technique in a supportive environment.
Trained with DNA Performance Resource in Manchester, The National Youth Theatre Online, and GFCA in Paris, Lucy combines professional screen acting skills with imaginative creative exploration. As a spoken word artist, she also encourages students to find and express their unique voices.
Alongside her teaching, Lucy brings valuable industry knowledge from her experience as an assistant agent, helping aspiring actors understand both the craft and the profession as they prepare for future opportunities.
Ailsa
Ailsa is passionate about the positive impact Performing Arts can have on young people in helping to build their creative confidence, social skills, and problem-solving abilities. She holds a First Class BA in Acting from the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts and a Level 5 FdA in Musical Theatre.
Now a jobbing Actor and Voiceover Artist, Ailsa has taught a range of disciplines in schools across the UK, Italy, and the USA, including with Footlights Theatre Co, HB Acting, Feet First Dance Academy, Little Voices, Smile Theatre Co, and the International British Theatre School.
Riah Amelle
Riah Amelle is a professional actor, workshop facilitator and experienced teacher with over nine years working with children and young people. She is passionate about creating fun, inclusive and confidence-building sessions through drama, storytelling and creative play. Riah’s work focuses on helping young people express themselves, build self-belief and enjoy learning in a supportive environment.

Screen Acting Focus
